  2. Breakfast: Organic Plain Greek Yogurt with cinnamon and a bit of stevia plus strawberries and chopped walnuts- add a low sugar protein powder if you wish.

  7. Cauliflower, kale chips, celery with salsa, a handful of nuts with a Granny Smith apple, are some favorites.

  8. I prefer people eat fewer straight carbs, spikes and plummets blood glucose. Find a good protein source and eat a lot of above ground veggies

    I like to snack on popcorn (air popped and salted). I read inconsistent things. Either it is really good for you and full of antioxidants or it is too harsh for your digestive track and not good for you.

    Taking baby steps has been great for me. No sugar anymore in my coffee and and that has been 6 months. Just straight up black. And I have enjoyed it now.

    So much with diets, it all depends on the person and a lot with personalities that you have and figuring out what works.

  22. I always make vegetables ahead of time. They give me the fiber and nutrients I need to stay satisfied. Plus, plenty of water!

  23. Breakfast is my key to this. I must eat a real food breakfast to set myself up for success.
